Delivery Policy

We other nationwide delivery on all products available online using a national pallet network specialised in Home Delivery Service. All orders will be dispatched on a pallet and will be unloaded using an electric assisted pallet truck and lowered with a tail lift to the rear of the vehicle.

Restrictions - We cannot unload onto gravel or grass unless you have pre laid wooden boards for unloading purpose. Pallets can be unloaded onto hard flat standings and not up or down excessive inline or decline. 

• Bulk Bagged Products — 2–5 working days nationwide; next-day option available on orders placed before noon Monday–Thursday.
• Turf Products — Next-day delivery nationwide on orders placed Monday–Thursday via national pallet network; or select a preferred day at checkout.
• Delivery Method — Electric-assisted pallet truck; hard, flat standing required for unloading.
• Delivery Restrictions — Any access restrictions must be notified at the time of ordering; failure to disclose may result in a failed delivery charge.
